A historic season for the TCU Women’s Basketball came to an end tonight as they were defeated by the Indiana Hoosiers 71-58 on the road in the semifinals of the WNIT.
This game was close throughout the entire opening quarter as neither team was able to build more than a one possession lead. As both squads struggled to get much of anything going offensively, the Frogs managed to take a one point lead into the 2nd quarter. The next ten minutes were equally as close, but featured larger runs as Indiana used a 7-0 run to go up by 8 before TCU narrowed the deficit to 4 heading into halftime.
