The former TCU pledge had been committed to play for OU since last spring after a year at Tyler J.C.
Surprise! Ryan Parker, a 4-star Wide Receiver out of Tyler J.C., has flipped his commitment and signed with TCU over OU. After originally signing to TCU back in 2014 as a 3-star prospect and the No. 150 wide receiver in his class, the Keller, TX native was ruled ineligible and chose to attend junior college in East Texas.
News trickled out in mid-December that Parker would ultimately not be enrolling early at OU citing academics, but all signs were showing he was still committed to the Sooners and was on good terms with the coaching staff.
