And just like that, the Justin Rogers era is officially over at TCU. It never managed liftoff, and the redshirt freshman has informed TCU of his plans to enter the transfer portal, per Jeremy Clark of 247 Sports.
Rogers, a 4-star quarterback from Bossier City, Louisiana originally committed to TCU in May of 2017, despite major overtures from LSU. Rogers remained firm in his commitment in the face of continued wooing from LSU, and a late push from Texas A&M.
TCU fans rejoiced when he committed, and even more so when he signed.
