Rays prospects and minor leagues: Adames drives in career-best 5 runs

Matt Andriese’s rehab outing Friday was cut short when he was hit in the leg by a batted ball. As I write this Friday night, I’m not aware of the severity of the potential injury.

Triple-A Durham Bulls (76-48)

Durham used a pair of four-run innings to earn a 10-6 win over Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. In the fourth, the Bulls erased a 1-0 deficit with four two-out runs. Kean Wong and Willy Adames each drove in two. An inning later, Adames drove in another run in another four-run inning. Michael Roth allowed all six RailRiders runs, five of which were earned.
