Tampa Bay Lightning: Tyler Johnson Should Be ‘Ready To Go’ By Training Camp

The Tampa Bay Lightning has experienced more than their fair share of injuries and illnesses over the course of the last few years. Yesterday, it was announced that Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy would be sidelined for 2-3 months after having vascular surgery.

At the same time, there is some good news coming out of the Bolts Nation. According to Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times, Tampa Bay Lightning Vice President and General Manager Steve Yzerman has announced that Tampa Bay Lightning star center Tyler Johnson should be ‘ready to go’ by the time training camp, which is scheduled to kick off on September 17th.
