One of the truest statements to be uttered is the old saying, “There is no ‘I’ in team.” The whole purpose of a team is to work together as one cohesive unit in order to achieve a common goal. In this case, the common goal would be the Tampa Bay Lightning winning the Stanley Cup.
No matter what happens in a season, there is always one player who decides that they have what it takes to lead the charge and hit the ice with the determination and pure skill to make a difference on the outcome of the game, and eventually the season as a whole.
