According to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Jason Pierre-Paul was “involved in a single car crash early Thursday but did not suffer any major injuries…” (via Tampa Bay Times). The Tampa Bay Buccaneers team leader in sacks one year ago may have dodged another bullet after already being victim to a firework incident a few years ago as a member of the New York Giants.
The news may have been jarring to Buccaneers’ fans who have already seen linebacker Kendell Beckwith involved in an offseason car accident after a promising rookie season, and have not seen he on the field since.
