The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have had some pretty terrible quarterback situations the past ten years. And yet, when Aaron Schatz of Football Outsiders looked at the worst quarterback situations in the past ten years, the Buccaneers did not make any appearances.
Schatz wasn't evaluating how these quarterbacks actually did during the season, just how the quarterback situation looked prior to the regular season in their statistical model. That changes the equation a little, but I'd still expect the Bucs to pop up on this list at some point.
Schatz did add one Bucs team in the list of "also considered", but it was the 2010 version.
