While the ACC Tournament ended in disappointment for the Syracuse Orange, two SU players were named to the ACC Men’s Lacrosse Championship All-Tournament Team. The team features four Notre Dame Fighting Irish players and four North Carolina Tar Heels while just one Duke Blue Devils player made the list.
Jordan Evans piled on seven assists and a goal on Friday night against North Carolina. His six assists are a season high for Evans in 2017 and just two assists shy of his 2016 season total eight assists. In the third period of the UNC game, when Syracuse made its eight point push in a crazy comeback, Evans assisted four of the eight goals and scored one.
