Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse forward Oshae Brissett followed a breakout freshman season with a busy summer that included a hernia surgery and time spent in Canada, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
The highlights for Brissett involved rubbing elbows with the NBA's best players at USA Basketball Training Camp and the Nike Basketball Skills Academy.
Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim, a former assistant with the team, helped Brissett get access to a Team USA Basketball workout in Vegas, while the Nike Basketball Skills Academy in L.A. included some of college basketball's best players and instruction from LeBron James and Paul George.
