One of Syracuse's most-heralded recruits in the 2016 class has signed his financial aid agreement and plans to enroll at the university in January. According to Syracuse.com, Rex Culpepper signed his financial agreement with the Syracuse Orange two weeks ago, and that Rex plans to begin taking classes next semester.
It's important to note to that signing a financial aid agreement does not bind a student-athlete to attend a particular school in the same way that a National Letter of Intent does.
