Good news for the Syracuse commit, who joins some special company, historically.
Syracuse Orange fans were pretty excited to see New Jersey product Tommy DeVito commit for the class of 2017 just last month. The Don Bosco Prep quarterback was already pretty well-regarded in the Northeast, and now it seems like those accolades could continue to grow nationally.
As DeVito discussed briefly with Syracuse.com's Stephen Bailey yesterday, he'll be headed to Los Angeles for the Elite 11 Finals, June 3-5. Said DeVito:
"I am very excited because I have been watching the Elite 11 on TV for years and it is any quarterback's dream to be a part of it.
