Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse basketball recruit Joe Girard III is coming to the Carrier Dome.
Girard, who just this past Wednesday signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Syracuse, earned a early trip to the Carrier Dome as Glens Falls High School defeated Marlboro 48-28 in the Class B football semifinals on Saturday.
Glens Falls (10-2) will face Batavia (12-0) in the state final next Saturday at noon in the Carrier Dome. Batavia defeated Skaneateles, 54-49, in the other Class B semifinal on Saturday.
