After recently missing out on 2019 targets Qudus Wahab and Isaiah Stewart, both of whom are centers, it appears that the ‘Cuse remains in the hunt for a big man to fill out next year’s recruiting class.
Tre Mitchell, a four-star prospect in the 2019 class, revealed via his Twitter page on Tuesday afternoon that SU has offered him a scholarship. The 6-foot-9 center, whose hometown is Pittsburgh, currently attends the Woodstock Academy in Woodstock, Conn.
According to the 247Sports Web site, Mitchell holds more than two-dozen offers from a wide range of schools.
