This information comes to us by way of Syracuse.com, which obtained the university’s most recent public tax forms on Friday. According to Chris Carlson, Gross’s base salary for the year came to $605,942. He received $125,000 on top of that in incentives, then additional benefits to equal a grand total of $846,813.
For a guy who oversaw an athletic department which experienced a significant NCAA investigation under his watch, but also helped lead the Orange into the financially stable ACC.
