In late August we learned that thought to be incoming Syracuse Orange recruit Moustapha Diagne would not enroll at Syracuse and instead enroll at a junior college. It has been determined that Diagne was waiting for the NCAA to clear him, but Diagne's case wasn't in its 'wheelhouse' despite Diagne participating in one of the highest revenue producing sports. The NCAA likes to take its time with these sorts of things, and will get to you when they get to you.
Now, Donna Ditota of Syracuse.com reports that Diagne is in Senegal still, waiting for his student visa before he arrives at Northwest Florida State College.
