Columbia Grad Transfer Grant Mullins Chooses Cal Over Syracuse, Michigan

One of the pressing questions in these weeks following the end of the NCAA Tournament pertained to where Columbia University graduate transfer guard Grant Mullins would land. His short list included Michigan, California, and Syracuse.

Now we know. Mullins chose the Golden Bears yesterday afternoon, as first reported by ESPN's Jeff Borzello.

Grant averaged 13.1 points per game and shot 43.1% from 3-point range last season for the Lions. Due to missing the majority of his junior season because of neck and head injuries, Mullins was granted another year of eligibility.
