To the Editor:
Saturday was arguably the biggest game of Syracuse University's football season. I sat down to watch the game and found that my cable service continually buffered throughout the first quarter, making it impossible to enjoy the SU game, or any game, for that matter. I unplugged and rebooted my cable box three times. I called Spectrum multiple times, only to be frustrated with having to deal with a voice recognition system that could not put me in contact with a real person. The system terminated my call three times. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I thought I was about to speak to someone only to find out that the wait would be hours and I would be better off scheduling a telephone call appointment for later in the day, which I did.
