Syracuse, N.Y. -- Eleven days after decommitting from Syracuse football, St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) High School wide receiver Josh Palmer announced his pledge to Tennessee.
Palmer has shut down his recruitment, meaning an SU visit once planned for this weekend has been canceled.
