A trio of former Syracuse University lacrosse players have been named to the Major League Lacrosse 2016 all-star team.

The three honored are attack Kevin Rice of the Atlanta Blaze and defender Joel White and goalie John Galloway, both of the Rochester Rattlers.

Rice tallied 37 goals and 21 assists for a total of 58 points in just nine games. Despite losing a portion of his season to injury, Rice still finished the year leading the Blaze in points and tied for fourth on the MLL scoring list. Rice tallied at least four points in every game and averaged 6.
