No. 1 seed Georgia State advances to championship match
NEW ORLEANS – No. 1 seed Georgia State defeated No. 4 seed Troy 4-1 on Saturday afternoon to advance to the championship match of the Sun Belt Men’s Tennis Championship.
The championship match begins on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. CT at the City Park/Pepsi Tennis Center. The match will be televised live on ESPN3.
The Panthers raced out to an early lead by claiming the doubles point before the match was clinched at the No. 1 position by Zackery Kennedy.
