Torino have made a revised bid to sign Stoke City midfielder Giannelli Imbula.
The Italian side still want to take the Frenchman on an initial loan but are willing to offer £13.2million at the end of the season.
Stoke have so far dismissed approaches to loan out the 24-year-old who cost them £18m last summer from Porto.
Roma and Galatasaray are among those to have enquired but Stoke insist they want a permanent deal.
