The third day of the 2016 NFL Draft. There have been four Stanford players who have been taken (Josh Garnett, Austin Hooper, Blake Martinez, and Kyle Murphy). Devon Cajuste wasn't drafted but not even one hour after the draft ended, the Cardinal receiver signed a deal with the San Francisco 49ers. The senior wide receiver saw his numbers drop down a bit after a stellar junior campaign, but this was due to a lack of touches not talent. Cajuste accumulated 383 yards and 3 touchdowns this past year.
Cajuste is a unique player because he can play both wideout or tight end du to his size and strength.
