May 21, 2015, Springfield, MO – The Springfield Cardinals took the series finale against the Tulsa Drillers, 5-4, before 3,663 fans at Hammons Field on Thursday night. RHP Thomas Lee tossed seven innings to help lead the Cardinals to the series split, before the Arkansas Travelers come to town for a four-game series starting on Friday at 7:10pm.
The Cardinals (13-27) put together an unconventional rally to claim the early lead in the bottom of the first, scoring two runs without a hit against RHP Daniel Corcino.
