Pham runs Cards into a tie game, 4-4

SAN FRANCISCO • It took a walk and bobbled exchange at second base and a couple singles for the Cardinals to get things going in the top of the fourth inning and then a Stanford grad put it all together.

Stephen Piscotty's two-run double was the quick retort that helped the Cardinals tighten the game with a three-run fourth inning.

Tommy Pham was the runner that tied the game, 4-4.

Pham singled to open the sixth inning. He took second on a fly ball to right. He took third on a fly ball to right field.
