Lance Lynn took the mound for the Cardinals trying to bounce back from his worst start of the season.
Through one inning, he's not off to a good start. The Pirates lead 1-0.
Lynn struck out Pirates leadoff man Adam Frazier to start the game, but then allowed a double to Josh Harrison. Harrison advanced to third on a fly out off the bat of Gregory Polanco.
Lynn then hit former Cardinal David Freese with a pitch before Josh Bell snuck a grounder past second baseman Greg Garcia to score Harrison.
Lynn struck out Andrew McCutchen to end the inning.
