Square One Brewery and Distillery in Lafayette Square is currently fermenting a Blues-themed beer inspired by Jaden Schwartz. Brewmaster David Wohldmann, an avid Blues supporter, is currently creating “Jaden’s Schwartz,” a lager brewed in the Schwarzbier style. Schwarzbeer (shvahrts-beer) is German for black beer. It offers consumers a light-bodied beer while maintaining color depth and taste. David and Square One plan to have this original brew available at the restaurant within three to four weeks.
