Blues fall 4-1 to Wild

Momentum has been a hard item to hold in the Blues' best-of-seven first-round Western Conference playoff series against Minnesota.

The Wild took Game 1, but the Blues pushed back and won Game 2. The Wild played their best game of the series to claim Game 3, but the Blues responded with their game to walk away with win in Game 4.

In a series deadlocked at two games apiece heading into Game 5 Friday night at Scottrade Center, one that had shrunk to a best-of-three with the Blues regaining home-ice advantage, a Scottrade Center crowd of 19,653 turned out to watch them seize control.
