Smith-Rivera helps Georgetown handle St. John's 92-67

WASHINGTON -- D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera scored 24 points, moving into sixth place on Georgetown's all-time scoring list, and the Hoyas crushed St. John's 92-67 on Monday night.

Smith-Rivera passed David Wingate (1,781) on the Hoyas scoring list. He became the only Georgetown player to ever score over 1,000 points in league games.

Isaac Copeland had 23 points and eight rebounds for the Hoyas (14-11, 7-5 Big East). L.J. Peak had 20 points off the bench, giving him double digits in seven straight, while Reggie Cameron added 12. Georgetown shot over 54 percent and outrebounded St.
