The Consumer Technology Association announced today that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will have a sit-down conversation moderated by ESPN anchor Rachel Nichols at CES 2019. The discussion will take place Jan. 9 at ARIA in Las Vegas.
Silver and Dorsey will discuss the NBA’s partnership with Twitter, as well as the NBA’s approach to sports technology with a focus on #NBATwitter and the reasons that community has flourished on the social media platform.
“The partnership between Twitter and the NBA illustrates the ever-growing symbiotic relationship between sports and technology,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, CTA, in a press release.
