An Eastern Conference champion will be decided on Wednesday when Toronto FC hosts Montreal Impact in the second leg of the Eastern Conference Championship. Montreal enters the match with a 3-2 lead in the series after winning the opening leg at Olympic Stadium. Wednesday's match will kick off at 6 p.m. CT on FS1.
