Spartanburg, S.C., April 4, 2023 – On the strength of Sam Nicholson's 64, his low round as a Bull and the team's low round of the season, USF shot -9 in the final round to finish in second place at the Wofford Invitational. The Bulls are building momentum heading into the conference tournament with a win and second place finish in the last three tournaments.
The Bulls posted their lowest score of the tournament in the third round, a -9 275 on the par 71 CC of Spartanburg to post 839, -13. Chattanooga, ranked 49th, took first place in the 18-team field at 809.
