TAMPA, FLA., AUG. 22, 2019 – With an emphasis on connecting USF Athletics to the Bay area community, Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly on Wednesday announced the first-ever Horns Up Rallies, a series of USF fan gatherings taking place at locations around the Bay Area prior to Bulls' home football games in 2019.
The first Horns Up Rally is set for Thursday, Aug. 29 at Sparkman Warf in downtown Tampa, the night before the Bulls face No. 17 Wisconsin in an ESPN primetime clash at Raymond James Stadium.
