A 32-year-old Maryland man is accused of attacking his parents in Deerfield Beach.
The couple, both over the age of 65, said Mikhail Kouznetsov was visiting them but came home drunk on Sunday and began verbally abusing them, according to the arrest report filed in the case.
Kouznetsov confronted his father in a bedroom and kicked him on the left side of his torso while his father was lying on a bed, investigators said.
His mother tried to intervene but she said Kouznetsov turned around and punched her in the face, the report stated.
The father slipped out of the bedroom and tried to escape the beating but Kouznetsov followed him out of the house in the 1000 block of Southeast 12 Street, investigators said.
