A Chase bank branch in Lauderdale Lakes was robbed Friday by a thief in a skull mask, the FBI and Broward Sheriff's Office said.
The hold-up happened about 12:20 p.m. at 4820 W. Oakland Park Blvd., east of Florida's Turnpike.
In photographs released by the FBI, a person is shown at a teller's window, dressed head to toe in dark clothing while wearing a death's head mask beneath a hood.
The robber displayed a weapon and demanded money from a bank employee, the FBI said. Customers were in the bank at the time but there were no injuries.
