TAMPA, MAY 28, 2017 – The University of South Florida sailing team finished its season with a fifth national finals appearance in the last six years at the Sperry's ICSA Nationals from May 23-26.
The Bulls finished eighth in the East National Semifinals over the first two days to advance to the finals. USF finished with a 473 in the finals, but surged on day two with a 203, the 14th best score.
Yale claimed the overall victory, followed by Boston College and the US Coast Guard Academy. The University of Rhode Island and the College of Charleston rounded out the top-five.
