ORLANDO, Fla. (May 1, 2015)— The USF baseball team dropped the first of a three-game series with UCF in a 3-0 loss Friday night at Jay Bergman Field. The Bulls dropped to 28-17-1 and 9-7 in the American. The Knights improved to 27-19 and 6-10.
The Knights took an early 2-0 lead on back-to-back home runs by James Vasquez and Erik Barber in the first inning and that was all the offense they would need.
In the second, UCF would plate another run on a sac fly by Dylan Moore.
