BIRMINGHAM, ALA., FEB. 22, 2019 – USF senior David Bell (Jacksonville) captured the individual title in the pole vault and scored 10 points for the Bulls to highlight competition Friday on the opening day of the American Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships.
Bell turned in a height of 16-10.00 on his way to earning all-conference honors. Freshman Stone Baker (New Port Richey, Fla.) scored five points and placed fourth in the event with his height of 16-02.00, while Mitchell Mueller (Algonac, Mich.) registered 0.5 points by finishing tied for eighth with a mark of 15-08.
