After losing out on grad transfers Mark Alstork and C.J. Bryce, the Gamecocks hope that another high-scoring transfer, Randy Onwuasor, ends up on their roster when it’s all said and done.
Onwuasor, a 6’3” guard from Inglewood, California, told college basketball guru Jon Rothstein that he has scheduled a visit to South Carolina for next Friday, August 4. If he ends up in Columbia, he would be able to play right away.
Onwuasor started with Texas Tech and was part of Tubby Smith’s initial recruiting class in 2013-14, but averaged just 3.
