The commitment watch doesn't stop for South Carolina coach Will Muschamp. Not even on Christmas Day.
While we were all chowing down on turkey and opening presents, Miami (Fla.) Central three-star defensive end Keir Thomas was busy presenting Muschamp with a gift of his own: his commitment to the Gamecocks. Thomas becomes the 17th player to commit to the program and is the third in six days.
Thomas is ranked #49 among all players in the Sunshine State according to Rivals and is considered the #22 strongside DE in the country; 247 has him at #18 among all SDEs and 59th in the state regardless of position.
