Man Utd loans James Wilson to Derby

The Red Devils confirmed an agreement has been reached with the Championship side to allow the forward to spend the season on loan at the iPro Stadium.

Manchester United striker James Wilson has been allowed join Championship side Derby County on loan for the season.

Wilson made his United debut in the penultimate game of the 2013-14 season, scoring twice in a 2-0 win against Hull City under then-interim manager Ryan Giggs.

Louis van Gaal was put in charge over the following summer and Wilson remained a member of the first team squad, making 13 league appearances that year, before he was sent out on loan to Brighton & Hove Albion for the 2015-16 campaign.
