MONACO -- Tournament draws are designed to deliver balance and, when they do their job, they're distinctly unexciting. So, unless you get lucky -- or you hire a WWE scriptwriter which, for now, UEFA is not planning to do -- there's a decent chance you'll get a fairly hum-drum draw.
