Celtic have been linked with a move for the Senegalese attacker M’Baye Niang in recent weeks.
According to reports via GFFN, the Scottish outfit have now made an enquiry for the 26-year-old striker.
Rennes are apparently keen on selling the player this summer and manager Bruno Genesio recently revealed that the striker is on the transfer list.
There is no doubt that Celtic could use some attacking reinforcements before the transfer window closes and the 26-year-old forward could prove to be a useful option.
