With fall camp just around the corner, it's time to take a closer look at SMU's roster and rank the top 25 players.
SMU finished 5-7 in Chad Morris' second year with the program. But the Mustangs showed plenty of potential in 2016 and should be in line to make a bowl game this season.

25. Elijah McQueen, Fr., Safety
SMU head coach Chad Morris couldn't stop raving about McQueen this spring. He was very much the star of the offseason and caught the staff's eye from the moment he stepped foot on campus.
