SMU finished 5-7 in Chad Morris' second year with the program. But the Mustangs showed plenty of potential in 2016 and should be in line to make a bowl game this season.

20. Ke'Mon Freeman, So., Running Back
Freeman was the final member of SMU's 2016 class, and the Mustangs' last-minute recruiting paid dividends. Freeman quickly transitioned from high school quarterback to running back and became a key contributor in the backfield.
