SEC Basketball: Six SEC players projected to go in NBA Draft

The SEC has had some good showings in the NBA Draft in recent years, with the term “SEC” being used very loosely. The Kentucky Wildcats have become a virtual minor league team for the NBA, and that will continue in this year’s draft.

There were six players from the SEC selected in last year’s NBA Draft, with Ben Simmons from LSU going no. 1 overall. Vanderbilt had Wade Baldwin IV and Damian Jones selected in the first round of last year’s draft, while Jamal Murray, Skal Labissiere, and Tyler Ulis were the three Wildcats drafted.
