There is a lot of youth on Tennessee's team this season, but the Volunteers' linebacking corps contains plenty of talent. Led by Jalen Reeves-Maybin, there is potential for plenty of linebackers to emerge this season, including Kenny Bynum, Jakob Johnson, Elliott Berry, and Dillon Bates. There will also be newer faces to watch, namely redshirt freshman Gavin Bryant and highly touted true freshman Darrin Kirkland Jr.
