Fins up: Ole Miss defense hungry to get back its Landshark identity

If you’ve ever seen an Ole Miss football player put his hand up to the front of his helmet and form a fin, then you know about the Landshark defense.

“It’s just a swagger,” Rebels’ linebacker Terry Caldwell said. “It’s that confidence, that attitude that we’re going to dominate every opponent that we face.”

The only problem this past Saturday was that the Ole Miss players weren't the ones making the fin. Early in the third quarter, Memphis wide receiver Mose Frazier caught a 31-yard touchdown pass to put the Tigers in front, 31-14.
