SEATTLE, WASH. – Seattle Sounders FC 2 today announced that it is has signed midfielder Guy Edoa. A 20-year-old from Cameroon, Edoa becomes the sIxth signing from the Central African country since 2016, joining forward Felix Chenkam and defender Rodrigue Ele on S2’s current roster. Last season, S2 signed midfielders Wily Kapawa and Mark O’Ojong, both of whom are no longer with the club, while defender Nouhou earned a First Team contract after appearing in each USL match last season.
“Once again, we have tapped into our Cameroonian pipeline to find another talented prospect in Guy,” Sounders FC Director of Player Personnel Kurt Schmid said.
