Seahawks sign special teams ace Terence Garvin

Less than 24 hours after adding Michael Wilhoite, the Seahawks have signed another linebacker, bringing in Terence Garvin on Friday.

Seahawks agreed to terms with LB Terence Garvin, source says. Tough kind of player they like.

Garvin, 27, was undrafted out of West Virginia in 2013, getting a rookie tryout with the Pittsburgh Steelers rather than signing immediately. He was waived during final cuts but then brought back for the practice squad, only to be activated to the 53-man roster in Week 1.
